Mudcloth
Bogolanfini is dyed with fermented mud and plant tannins, then hand-painted symbol by symbol. Each motif carries meaning: protection, proverb, lineage. Substantial and matte, it tailors beautifully into jackets, coats and structured skirts.
DRC · Kasai
Kuba
Woven from raffia palm and embroidered by hand, kuba cloth is prized for its improvised geometry: no two panels repeat. We use it in panels and statement pieces where the texture can be seen up close.

Leteise
Shweshwe, known here as leteise, is a crisp printed cotton with a distinctive stiffness that softens with wear. It holds a pleat, takes a silhouette, and is deeply woven into celebration dress.
